Cancellation Policy

Our goal is to provide quality assessments to all our clients in a timely manner. When we have booked you an assessment it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. No-shows, late arrivals and cancellations cause our waiting lists to grow causing inconvenience to our referrers and our other clients.

We understand that sometimes it is not possible to make the appointment time given but we do need you to call and give us 14 days’ notice in advance. Your advance notice will enable another client to be seen in your assessment slot.

How to Cancel Your Appointment

If you need to cancel your assessment, please call us on 01787 222873 between the hours of 9am and 4.30pm Monday – Friday. If necessary, you may leave a detailed voice message. We will return your call as soon as possible.

Late Cancellations/no-Shows

A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 14 days before the appointed time. A no-show is when a client misses an appointment without cancelling.

If you cancel your appointment less than 14 days before the assessment slot then you will be subject to a re-booking/administration fee of 50% of the cost of your assessment.

In the event of a cancellation within 48 hours or a no-show then the full assessment fee will be charged.

If you are attending for a free of charge assessment there is still a cost to the company and if you cancel your appointment with less than 14 days’ notice you will be subject to a re-booking/administration fee of £50. In the event of a cancellation within 48 hours or a no-show then a fee of £100 will be charged.
